As a partner you will reactive help clients with questions, problems and issues.

Delivering Support

  • You provide support for user questions about products;
  • You provide support for best practice for inONE products;
  • Submit case on behalf of the client if its is a technical issues;
  • When there is a situation that issues/question/problem is handled by inONE, the partner is involved and takes the lead in managing it.

Getting Support as a partner

In the case of larger customer issues, the partner is involved and takes the lead in managing it.
