Description of the order process

In this article the orderprocess is explained in six simple steps.   


Step 1: Log onto inONE Market
Use the credentials provided to log onto

Password settings can be changed in the Settings Menu on the right side of your screen.   

Step 2: Select supplier
Select the supplier you would like to order at. 
More suppliers can be added later on in the process.

Step 3: Choose delivery date
Choose your desired delivery date. 
Please note only future dates are clickable.

Step 4: Add items to your shopping cart
Add items to your shopping cart by using the following methods:

  • search engine 
  • favlist or listed favorites
  • complete product range 

The fastest way to find regularly used products is the favlist: make and manage your personal lists of most wanted items. 

Use the search engine to find items of which you know the names and/or item numbers, results are shown in the main screen.  

Not sure what you are looking for? Then click away to browse the online catalogue.   

Found your items? Then proceed to fill in the desired quantity.
Please note that unit types - in which products are sold - may vary:

  • per weight
  • per piece
  • per portion  

inONE Market automatically generates the right price and is always up-to-date.


Completed your shopping list? Then click 'Show shopping cart' for an overview.


Step 5: Check order
When your list is complete please check the following: 

  • Is your list complete?
  • Are all quantities correct?
  • Any comments for your supplier?
  • Is the delivery date correct?

Comments or questions for your supplier can be left in the comments box.


Step 6: Submit order
When all fields are filled in, submit your order by clicking the button top left.


inONE Market now asks you to confirm the delivery date.
Click the button bottom right. 

Your order has been submitted and is ready to be processed by your supplier. 
Click 'Back to start' to return to inONE Market Dashboard.  

The order appears in order history.
